Common questions

Start with these answers

Where should I submit a manuscript?

Open the relevant journal profile in the Treata Scholars Journal Directory and use its verified submission or official journal link. Operational submission may take place on the journal's own website.

I did not receive an account verification or password reset email. What should I do?

Check spam or junk folders first. If the account email is correct and no message arrives, submit a support ticket and include the email address associated with the account. Never include your password.

How do I follow a support request?

After ticket submission, keep the ticket ID. Use the Track a Support Ticket page together with the same email address used in the original request.

How do I report a publishing-integrity concern?

Use the Contact page and select the Research Integrity category. Provide enough bibliographic or manuscript information to identify the matter, while avoiding unnecessary sensitive information.
